Nervous System Reset 60 min
Starting with pranayama (breathing exercise), continuing with ceremonial cacao to soften your heart and guided meditation to relax your body and mind, traveling to the depth of your soul, finishing with sound healing of three mighty Paiste gongs and koshi chimes. After this session your nervous system will switch into “rest-and-digest” mode - you will feel at ease and your sleep and emotional state will improve*. If due to prolonged physical or emotional stress you feel stuck in “fight-or-flight-or-freeze” state, this session is definitely for you. No previous experience required. This is private one-on-one session or you can bring your partner or friend. 60 min.

Reiki Healing 60-90 min
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. You will be lying on a massage bed, covered with a blanket and most probably will fall asleep during the session. Treatment is administered by gently laying hands on different energy centers of the body to remove blocks and improve flow of Ki - life force energy. If one's Ki is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through, within and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. As a side benefit during the session I can also see some of your past lives that might be important for you to know during this phase of your life. Session finishes with sound healing of harmonious japanese koshi chimes.

Reiki Home Clearing
If you are moving house, expecting a new arrival in the family, feeling the presence of something negative around you, then Reiki space clearing is for you. This 60 min ritual is beautiful from beginning to the end: starting with creating a sacred circle and calling upon your guides and protectors, saging all the corners and chanting mantras, continuing with reiki ceremony, finishing with sound clearing with Paiste gong.

Reiki for personal protection
If you feel negative energies or jealousy around you all the time (e.g. you are a public person and constantly in the spotlight), I’ll be happy to perform energy protection ritual on you and also teach you how you can do it yourself anytime you feel the need.

Reiki Level I, II and III certification
My biggest passion is to teach Usui Reiki Ryoho method since I believe that we all can do it and we don’t need any special abilities to heal ourselves and others. If you are interested in learning Reiki , please drop me an e-mail.
Reiki Level I is 2 days and Level II 1 day, 4 hours each day. Reiki Master/Teacher level III is 2 days, 4 hours each day with ongoing support for lifetime.
If you would like to learn in depth about Reiki energy healing method, then this training is for you. During Reiki level I you will learn how to apply reiki on yourself. You will need to perform Reiki treatment on yourself for 30 days and then you can proceed with Reiki level II and learn how to heal others. You will get several reiki attunements from me during these trainings. Also you will receive manuals and will be certified. You life will not be the same after this initiation to Reiki.
Reiki level II will deepen your knowledge and understanding of how energy works and you will be able to perform Reiki on others. can be done 30 days after Reiki I initiation.
Master/Teacher Level III will empower you to share your knowledge and vision to others. Generally done after 2 years after level II initiation, however you must feel yourself when you are ready to expand and grow as a teacher.
I am Reiki Master Teacher (number 7 in Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage, trained in Australia by Bronwen Stiene/Logan - the author of the “Reiki Sourcebook”), member of International Shibumi Reiki Association. Your certification will be valid worldwide and accepted by any insurance company and Reiki association in your country.

After this mentoring you will be able to apply the knowledge, you receive from me, every single day and also share it with others. Spiritual Manifesting Coaching

Would you like to manifest your wishes spiritually through the knowledge of who you truly are? I discovered a way to manifest any wish through a special state of being, which occurred to me one morning under a very special tree in a park, where I taught hundred hours of yoga classes. We will go through 10 steps process to identify your true wishes and your limiting beliefs and we will work together towards materialising your wishes by creating this special state of unity with everything around you. Each and every session will include movement and breathing practice, and also very specific steps. 12 sessions on fortnightly basis. My method is a mix of logical steps and a magical state. We start with free introductory session after which you can take a decision to go deeper. This program includes your Human Design reading, identifying your life purpose, energy type and personality profile.
